Welcome to my fully renovated 108 m² house (interior in 2020, exterior in 2026), located in the sought-after Sainte-Barbe neighborhood. Enjoy a 30 m² south-facing terrace, bordered by an elaegnus hedge—perfect for meals or relaxing, with a parasol, four armchairs, and a teak bench. The house faces southeast and is bright and airy. It features a living-dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, and three upstairs bedrooms (two with 140 cm beds, one with a 160 cm bed or two 80 cm beds), plus two bathrooms with showers and toilets. High-speed Wi-Fi makes it easy to work remotely or make video calls. The area is very quiet, with no traffic noise. Everything is within walking distance: the coastal path (GR8), Sainte-Barbe hill, Flots Bleus beach (900 m), and the center of Saint-Jean-de-Luz (15–20 min). Free parking is available in front of the house. The Vélodyssée cycle route is 100 m away. Hiking, cycling, golf, water sports, and exploring the Basque Country (Bayonne, Biarritz, Bidart, Guéthary, Espelette, San Sebastian) are all easily accessible. Guides are available on site. Important: Maximum capacity is 6 guests for optimal comfort. Out of respect for neighbors and the peaceful setting, parties and events are not allowed. This is my main residence. During your stay, I will discreetly occupy a ground-floor studio opening onto the courtyard and may occasionally access it for parking or plant care. Living spaces are completely separate to ensure your privacy. The house is semi-detached, with each home having its own entrance from a different street. A right of way allows neighbors to access their garage on foot or by bike.
