Welcome to my fully renovated 108 m² home in the sought-after Sainte-Barbe district, featuring a 30 m² south-facing terrace bordered by an eleagnus hedge—perfect for meals or relaxing (parasol, 4 armchairs, and a teak bench). The house is bright and airy thanks to its southeast orientation. Inside, you'll find a living-dining room, a highly functional kitchen, and three upstairs bedrooms (2 beds of 140 cm and 1 bed of 160 cm or 2 beds of 80 cm), plus two bathrooms with shower and toilet. High-speed Wi-Fi is available for remote work or video calls. The neighborhood is very quiet, with no traffic noise. From the house, you can walk everywhere: the coastal path (GR8), Sainte-Barbe hill, Flots Bleus beach (900 m), or the center of Saint-Jean-de-Luz (15–20 min). Free parking is available in front of the house. The Vélodyssée bike route is 100 m away. Hiking, cycling, golf, water sports, and exploring the Basque Country (Bayonne, Biarritz, Bidart, Guéthary, Espelette, San Sebastian) are all within easy reach. Guides are available on-site. Bed linen and towel sets can be rented for an extra fee, payable on site. Important: Maximum occupancy is 6 guests for optimal comfort. Out of respect for neighbors and the peaceful setting, parties and events are not allowed. This is my primary residence. During your stay, I will discreetly occupy a ground-floor studio facing the courtyard and may occasionally access it for parking or plant care. Living spaces are completely separate to ensure your privacy. The house is semi-detached, each home having its own entrance from a different street. A right of way allows neighbors to access their garage on foot or by bike.
